3. Payment Terms

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. Accurate Information: The Customer is responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information, including contact and payment details.

5.2. Use of Service: Services provided by ITTSforAll, LLC are for personal or business use and are not to be resold or distributed without prior authorization.

5.3. Compliance: Customers agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws while using our services.

5.4. Data Backup: The Customer is responsible for maintaining backups of all data and files. ITTSforAll, LLC is not liable for data loss under any circumstances, including within the subscription-based support plans.


6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. ITTSforAll, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6.2. Our liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for services in the preceding 12 months.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1. Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. ITTSforAll, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.1. Confidential Information: ITTSforAll, LLC respects the confidentiality of Customer data. Any information shared in the course of service delivery will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

9. Indemnification

9.1. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ITTSforAll, LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of misuse of the service, breach of this Agreement, or violation of any law.


10. Governing Law
